 Juha Paasimäki


Juha Paasimäki M. Ed, MBA, has worked at the Kokkola University Consortium Chydenius as a programme manager since 2002. His fields of expertise includes: teachers in-service training, ODL and the use of ICT in education, leadership, and project planning and management. He has worked in School education projects funded by EU as a national project manager and researcher since 2002 (MUSE Multigrade school education 2002-2004, Comenius 2.1, NEMED, Network of multigrade education 2004-2007, MustLearnIT, Using ICT for special subject distance learning for multigrade schools 2005-2007, Minerva-programme) He has diverse pedagogical background and vast network of distance-learning developers in Finland. 

 Ilkka Luoto

Ilkka Luoto has been working for the last ten years as researcher and developer in the fields of geography, computer-human interaction and education. He has worked in recent years in research department of Kokkola University Consortium Chydenius and has participated for instance in a project called, “Wireless network as a tool for learning” researching and evaluating the effectiveness of ICT in an educational environment in The College of Music in Kaustinen, Finland. The project was funded by the EU’s - Northern Finland’s Innovative Activities -programme
